Product Questions

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes! our products are formulated with the purest and un-refined natural ingredients. Butters, oils, clays, salts, sugars, botanicals, extracts and essential oils.

Are your products 100% organic? 

We believe in honesty! we are constantly looking for organic, fair-trade and ethically sources. Our ingredients are organic when possible, refer to website for the most up to date info, certified organic ingredients are marked with an ( * ) 

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products are naturally formulated without the use of chemical or unnatural preservatives so the shelf life ranges from 6 to 18 months, we do advise to handle and keep your products with care. Avoid introducing water into the containers and keep them in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Every product has it's own shelf life symbol, refer to packaging. 

Your products smell so good! What goes into the scents? 

All of our products are scented without the use of artificial perfumes or dyes, we use only the finest and purest therapeutic grade essential oils and extracts. In addition every essential oil that goes into the formula is there not only for it's intoxicating scent but also for it's properties, every ingredient has a purpose.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not! All of our products are cruelty free and never tested on animals, most of our products are also vegan friendly. We are now proud to announce that we are a PETA certified cruelty free company. 

Where do you source your ingredients from?

Most of our ingredients are sourced from ethical companies within the United States, we love our wonderful heritage! for that reason some of our ingredients are sourced directly from Guatemala, we make sure that those are fair trade and ethically sourced as well. 

My product looks/smells differently that the last one I had? 

Due to the nature of our ingredients some products may look, feel or smell differently, this in no way affects the efficacy of our formulas. We take special care on making every batch as close as possible to ensure consistent quality. We do not use chemical emulsifiers so if your scrub has separated simply mix with a clean spoon. Temperatures may change the state of a specific butter or oil, this does not affect the quality or the properties of it. If you have specific questions about this, simply email us here.

Are your products made in the US?

Yes! all of our products are locally handcrafted in our studio in Queens, NY.

Where else can I buy your products?

We currently offer our products on our etsy shop. Check out of stockist page to see if a store near you carries our brand. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment.  

Could you explain your shipping fees?, do you offer flat rate shipping?

Our products are packaged in glass vessels to preserve the potency of it's ingredients, that sometimes can result on different or higher shipping charges, we do our very best to keep this consistent and fair. If you feel that your shipping was calculated wrong please send us an email so we can double check.

What if I have an allergy or sensitivity?

Although our products are all natural, allergic or adverse reactions may occur, read ingredients carefully and throughly for your safety.  We use nut oils in our formulations, and all of our products are handcrafted in the same studio, pay special attention if you are allergic to nuts or seeds. In the rare occasion of a negative reaction, discontinue use. You can always reach out to us with any questions or concerns, we handle this on individual case basis. 

Pregnant or nursing mothers should always consult a doctor when starting a new product, specially those containing essential oils. 

Do you accept Returns of Exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns, if you are in some way not satisfied with your product please contact us and we will do our very best to address your concerns. Your happiness is very important to us!
